We do not use your information for marketing, and we absolutely do not sell, rent, or trade your data to any third parties.

3. Third-Party Services This portal is built using Google Sites and Google Forms. Google may use standard, essential cookies to ensure these tools function properly on your browser. By using this site, your data is securely processed and stored within our private Google Workspace (Sheets and Drive) infrastructure.

4. Public Roster Please be aware that by submitting your RSVP, your name and attendance status will be displayed on the public "Participants" dashboard on this website for the rest of the group to see.
